QUALITY WORK
At Jain Group, production processes are set with in-depth understanding about customer's requirement and product application which means quality is built into the processes for producing products and continual improvement measures are taken to ensure the processes work every time. Employees are empowered to make decisions to improve a process and are provided with continual training to develop their skills.
FOCUSING ON THE CUSTOMER
It involves designing products that meet or exceed the customer's expectations. This involves the product itself, its functionality, attributes, convenience, commercial viability and even the means by which the information about a product is received by a client. The customer's quality requirements are compulsory for quality management. Internal standards should exceed customer expectations whenever possible.
PROCESS ORIENTED ENGINEERING
Processes are developed and tested to ensure the product or quality. This also involves making sure suppliers offer quality supplies needed to produce products.
With awareness that every generated output is a result process, registration; standardization and control of processes are highest concerns. At Jain Group standardization of the processes are based on international standards. Following norms of international standards and accreditation every process step is designed with quality norms.
To perform each process step correctly from the beginning is the precondition for achieving satisfying quality on schedule and within budget.
IMPROVING CONTINUOUSLY
It means always analyzing the way work is being performed to determine if more effective or efficient ways are possible. Making improvements and striving for excellence all the time.
The continuous improvement of products and services, and all necessary processes requires a constant observation of markets, industrial standards, laws and technologies. Jain Groups meets these requirements through continuous technical improvements, information, training and motivation to the people.
ENCOURAGING MUTUAL RESPECT AND TEAMWORK
It is important because it fosters a single-organizational culture of excellence by knowing that every employee from top to bottom of the hierarchy holds the same core principles at heart.
